Made in South Africa
Not designed here and made elsewhere. Made here. Every bag, headcover, belt and scorebook is cut, stitched and finished in one workshop in Woodstock, Cape Town, a few streets from the shop you can walk into.
The leather is South African, full-grain, and chosen hide by hide. The hardware is antique brass. The thread is chosen to outlive the leather. Nothing is shipped in half-finished and re-labelled.

About the factory
It is a working factory, not a showroom. Thirty people, a row of industrial machines, a wall of thread in about ninety colours, and a cutting table that has seen more leather than most tanneries.
Every panel is cut by hand. One person takes a piece from panels to finished object. Initials are laser engraved into the leather itself, in-house. And when something comes back years later under the guarantee, it comes back to the same room.

Come and see it
The shop is at the Old Biscuit Mill in Woodstock, a few streets from the workshop. The whole range is in one room, and somebody there can tell you exactly how any of it was made.
